1. Introduction
Welcome to BUYTRONICS, a brand owned and operated by Elakshi Technologies. By accessing and using our website, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all purchases made through our platform and payments processed via Cashfree Payment Gateway.

2. Products & Services
All products sold under the BUYTRONICS brand are corporate-used refurbished electronics.

Each product undergoes quality checks and certified refurbishment before being listed.

Specifications, images, and descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, but minor variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments
Prices listed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payments are securely processed through Cashfree Payment Gateway.

By completing a transaction, you authorize Cashfree to debit the amount from your selected payment method.

BUYTRONICS/Elakshi Technologies does not store sensitive payment information such as card details; all payment data is handled by Cashfree in compliance with RBI and PCI-DSS standards.

4. No Return / No Exchange Policy
All sales are final.

BUYTRONICS follows a strict No Return, No Exchange policy. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including change of mind, compatibility issues, or minor cosmetic differences.

Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications before purchase.

5. Warranty & Support
Products may come with a limited warranty, as specified on the product page.

Warranty covers only functional defects and does not include physical damage, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

Warranty claims must be raised directly with BUYTRONICS customer support within the warranty period.

6. Refunds
Refunds are not applicable under the No Return Policy.

Exceptions may apply only in cases of failed payment transactions or order cancellation by Elakshi Technologies/BUYTRONICS due to stock unavailability.

In such cases, refunds will be processed via Cashfree Payment Gateway within 7–10 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability
Elakshi Technologies (operating BUYTRONICS) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
