Refund & Returns Policy – BUYTRONICS (Operated by Elakshi Technologies)
1. No Return / No Exchange
All products sold under the BUYTRONICS brand are corporate-used refurbished electronics.

We follow a strict No Return, No Exchange policy. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including change of mind, compatibility issues, or minor cosmetic differences.

Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications before placing an order.

2. Refunds
Refunds are not applicable under the No Return Policy. Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

Failed Payment Transactions: If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded.

Order Cancellation by BUYTRONICS/Elakshi Technologies: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability or other operational reasons, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed via Cashfree Payment Gateway within 7–10 business days.

3. Warranty Claims
Products may carry a limited warranty, as specified on the product page.

Warranty covers only functional defects and excludes physical damage, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

Warranty claims must be raised directly with BUYTRONICS customer support within the warranty period.
